Identification not positive - names vary & there are many ?'s on back of 2 prints, letter from LBJ was used for id's. The 7 are standing on steps outside WH. Gentleman in center (Smith of SC? Possibly Sen. Borah?) wearing white suit is speaking and gesturing (hand blurred, looking down), others look on smiling.
