mirrors on two walls of the elevator show LBJ and another unidentified man. Elevator was installed during the Truman renovation & is called The President’s Elevator - it is in the Residence & goes to basement & all 3 floors. On the State Floor, you would find the elevator near the Ushers Office, in close proximity to the Family Dining Room, the Cross Hall and the State Dining Room.
