Cream colored porcelain, 11 3/4" diameter. Center has painted Eagle clutching arrows & olive branch, shield, and motto from the President Monroe China. Border consists of vaulting gold dots with 10 varieties of wildflower, Texas Bluebonnet is at the top followed by (clockwise) Indian Blanket, Goldenrod, Meadow Pink, Prairie Phlox, Bristle-leaved Aster, Prickly Poppy, Prairie Verbena, Evening Primrose, & Coreopsis.
